Job Requirements
- Grade school education preferred
- six months previous bussing experience preferred
- ability to grasp, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs
- ability to understand and communicate basic English
- ability to work part-time AM shifts
- availability to attend required meetings

Job Duties
- Set and clear tables
- stock all service stations
- assist food servers with table service
- clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting
- reset all service ware as prescribed
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations
- serve guests beverages, breads, and butter
- transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
- perform general cleaning tasks
- fold napkins
- replenish condiments and restock sidestands
- respond to guest inquiries and requests
- handle special guest requests
- greet and seat guests
- attend required meetings
