Job Requirements

  • Grade school education preferred
  • Six months previous bussing experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and communicate English
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Ability to move carts weighing up to 200 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Grade school education preferred
  • Six months previous bussing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of appropriate table settings and serviceware
  • Ability to understand and communicate basic English
  • Ability to read safety notices
  • Ability to grasp, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to push or move carts up to 200 lbs

Job Duties

  • Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins and placing tableware
  • Ensure tableware is in good condition and report defects
  • Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations
  • Assist food servers with serving beverages and breads
  • Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • Perform general cleaning tasks and restock condiments as assigned
