Job Requirements
- Grade school education preferred
- Six months previous bussing experience preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties
- Must be able to work part-time AM shift
- Ability to respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
Job Qualifications
- Grade school education preferred
- Prefer six months previous bussing experience
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and serviceware
- Ability to understand and communicate English to comprehend and respond to basic guest requests
- Ability to understand written English to read caution or safety notices
- Ability to grasp lift and carry or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs
Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist food server(s) with table service including serving beverages breads etc
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
