Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
- wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
- maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments and other necessary items
- adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
- assist waitstaff in delivering outstanding service
- support team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
- respond promptly to guest needs and requests
