  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
  • wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments and other necessary items
  • adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
  • assist waitstaff in delivering outstanding service
  • support team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
  • respond promptly to guest needs and requests
