Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- reliable and punctual
- capable of working flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to perform duties throughout shift
- ability to lift 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
- wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
- maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
- adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
- assist team members and waitstaff in delivering outstanding service
- support dining area cleanliness and organization
- handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 40 lbs
