Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • reliable and punctual
  • capable of working flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to perform duties throughout shift
  • ability to lift 40 lbs
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
  • wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
  • adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
  • assist team members and waitstaff in delivering outstanding service
  • support dining area cleanliness and organization
  • handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 40 lbs
