Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Physical stamina to perform job duties
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
  • Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments and other necessary items
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
  • Assist waitstaff in delivering outstanding service
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
  • Respond promptly to guest and team requests to enhance the dining experience
