Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleared tables of dishes, utensils and trash
- Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
- Assist team members in delivering outstanding service
- Support waitstaff by responding promptly to their needs
- Help maintain overall cleanliness in the restaurant
