Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop for entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
  • Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
  • Assist team members with various tasks to support smooth restaurant operations
  • Communicate effectively with waitstaff and management to prioritize tasks
  • Help maintain overall cleanliness of the dining and service areas
