Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform duties involving standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
- Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
- Assist waitstaff in delivering outstanding service by supporting their needs during service periods
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and team members to enhance the dining experience
