Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform duties involving standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
  • Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
  • Assist waitstaff in delivering outstanding service by supporting their needs during service periods
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and team members to enhance the dining experience
