Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
- Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments and other necessary items
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
- Assist waitstaff in delivering outstanding service
- Support team communication and cooperation
- Help maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
