Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry 30-40 pounds repeatedly
- physical ability to bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, push, and pull
- ability to work in a high pressure environment
- proficiency in English language
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Delivery of food to guests ensuring that it is delivered promptly and of the proper temperature
- deposit dishes appropriately in the dish room or specified area
- stock bussing stations
- assist in room service if needed
- perform buffet set-up
- refill food and beverage items as needed
- stock buffet stations with large plates, medium plates, small plates, cereal bowls, and soup spoons
- maintain food looking fresh and appealing
- maintain cleanliness of buffet area
- assist guests with food if needed
