Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
  • Will require post-offer, pre-employment and random drug screening
  • Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent customer and personal services skills
  • Strong menu knowledge
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene
  • Knowledge of service ware, setting tables and proper removal of soiled service ware

Job Duties

  • Clean up spilled food, drinks and broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
  • Carry food, dishes, trays and silverware from kitchens and supplies to serving counters
  • Carry trays from tables and booths with soiled dishes, glassware and silverware to kitchen and dish room
  • Fill beverage and ice dispensers
  • Maintain adequate supplies such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes and trays
  • Replenish supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and tableware to kitchens for cleaning
  • Demonstrate sense of urgency when greeting guests and turning tables
  • Assist in running food to tables and lounge
  • Assist with room service orders to guest rooms when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
