Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require post-offer, pre-employment and random drug screening
- Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer and personal services skills
- Strong menu knowledge
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene
- Knowledge of service ware, setting tables and proper removal of soiled service ware
Job Duties
- Clean up spilled food, drinks and broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
- Carry food, dishes, trays and silverware from kitchens and supplies to serving counters
- Carry trays from tables and booths with soiled dishes, glassware and silverware to kitchen and dish room
- Fill beverage and ice dispensers
- Maintain adequate supplies such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes and trays
- Replenish supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and tableware to kitchens for cleaning
- Demonstrate sense of urgency when greeting guests and turning tables
- Assist in running food to tables and lounge
- Assist with room service orders to guest rooms when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
