Job Duties

Clears dirty glasses, waste paper, napkins, plates, silverware, and bowls from customers during meals
Keeps all silverware stocked in each station
Retrieves clean glasses and plates from dishwashing area and restocks appropriately
Wipes and cleans tables and seats after clearing and checks floors for crumbs
Assists servers and runners with any requested tasks
Cleans and resets tables one at a time after guests leave
Polishes silverware
Completes side work as outlined in the manual
Reports to work on time and ready for scheduled shifts
Maintains a positive and friendly attitude with co-workers and guests
Maintains cleanliness and order in restaurant service area
Assists with tasks assigned by supervisor
Follows all sanitation guidelines
