Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying trays
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to provide great customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with servers and hosts
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- A commitment to maintaining strict sanitation and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean dining area by promptly bussing and resetting tables for new guests
- Practice pre-bussing by removing unnecessary dishes and debris throughout the meal
- Monitor floor cleanliness and ensure all guest touchpoints are sanitized
- Support the front-of-house team by assisting with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to a memorable guest experience by being attentive, friendly, and helpful
