Job Duties
- Clear and sanitize dining tables promptly to ensure a seamless transition for arriving guests
- support the service team by maintaining a spotless dining room, foyer, and front porch area
- assist in the dish tank area when needed, ensuring clean plates and utensils are always ready for service
- manage waste removal and monitor the cleanliness of the parking lot and exterior walkways
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to guarantee a perfect plate experience
- collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to provide 100% guest satisfaction
- perform various side-work duties and assist in other restaurant areas as requested by leadership
