Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
basic communication skills
willingness to adhere to restaurant policies and health regulations
reliable transportation or means to commute
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
strong teamwork and communication skills
ability to follow directions and maintain a positive attitude
flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

clear dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly and efficiently
clean and reset tables for the next guests, ensuring proper table settings
assist servers in delivering food and beverages when needed
refill water glasses and provide bread or condiments as directed
maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations
empty trash and maintain cleanliness in bus stations and surrounding areas
assist in keeping restrooms clean and stocked as assigned
ensure all used dishes are brought to the dishwashing area in an organized manner
work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
