Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Good communication skills

  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Clear dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly and efficiently
  • Clean and reset tables for the next guests, ensuring proper table settings
  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages when needed
  • Refill water glasses and provide bread or condiments as directed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations
  • Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in bus stations and surrounding areas
  • Assist in keeping restrooms clean and stocked as assigned
  • Ensure all used dishes are brought to the dishwashing area in an organized manner
  • Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
