Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Must be able to stand, sit or walk for an extended period during shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull items up to 50 pounds

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set up tables and perform related food service duties
- Serve water, bread and coffee while greeting guests by name when possible
- Stack trays properly and ensure safety standards during unloading
- Complete closing duties including cleaning, restocking and securing equipment and storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and stock work areas throughout the shift
- Follow company policies, safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
