Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop throughout shift and lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
- wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
- maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
- adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
- assist waitstaff as needed
- support team communication and collaboration
- perform other duties as assigned
