Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop throughout shift and lift up to 40 pounds
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
  • wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
  • adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
  • assist waitstaff as needed
  • support team communication and collaboration
  • perform other duties as assigned
