Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid Gaming license
- Ability to work in environment subject to varying levels of crowds, noise and smoke
- Ability to understand and communicate directions in English
- Ability to effectively and efficiently move around dining room area
- Capability to carry trays, retrieve supplies, lift racks of dishes and glasses weighing up to 50 pounds, and move carts weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Skills and abilities typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic restaurant environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Clean and reset tables in accordance with established procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness of all place settings, tabletops, seats and floor
- Perform customer service duties such as beverage and plate service
- Communicate with host/hostess for seating needs and any guest service issues
- Perform various stock supply duties to maintain par levels of all equipment and dining supplies
