Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clear and sanitize tables and chairs promptly after guest departure
- reset tables with proper silverware, set ups and neatly align chairs
- support bartenders by monitoring and assisting with clearing when needed
- support servers by communicating guest needs and relaying messages
- ensure cleanliness of restaurant floors and public area by regularly sweeping and promptly addressing spills
- use gloves and approved and sanitizing solutions according to health and safety guidelines
- perform assigned side work and prepare station for shift changes
- conduct hourly restroom checks and maintain cleanliness standards
- maintain a clean and welcoming exterior by removing trash, debris, and cigarette butts from the parking lot and surrounding entryways
- collaborate with the FOH team to create a seamless and excellent guest experience
- create craveable, memorable dining experiences
