- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and bussing duties

Job Duties
- Uphold our standards for cleanliness and prompt service
- Pre-bus tables and maintain floor and table sanitation
- Assist throughout the restaurant as needed
- Clean and reset tables efficiently
- Support waitstaff during busy periods
- Maintain a safe and pleasant dining environment
- Communicate effectively with team members
