Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to perform job duties including standing, walking, bending, stooping and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
- Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
- Assist waitstaff as needed to deliver exceptional service
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Support teamwork by collaborating with all restaurant staff
