Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform job duties including standing, walking, bending, stooping and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
  • Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
  • Assist waitstaff as needed to deliver exceptional service
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Support teamwork by collaborating with all restaurant staff
