Job Requirements
- fine dining food service and customer service experience
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday
- ability to work assigned shifts from 6am-2:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, or noon-8:30pm
- ability to stand for extended periods
- adherence to company safety policies including use of gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- ability to lift and move tables and chairs
- willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance duties
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
- maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen and condiments
- serves guests beverages, breads, and butter and replenishes as necessary
- assists servers with food and beverage service
- transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- folds napkins to maintain an adequate supply
- performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
- performs other duties as assigned such as cleaning spills, handling guest requests, greeting and seating guests
