Job Requirements

  • fine dining food service and customer service experience
  • ability to work full time Monday through Friday
  • ability to work assigned shifts from 6am-2:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, or noon-8:30pm
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • adherence to company safety policies including use of gloves and slip-resistant shoes
  • ability to lift and move tables and chairs
  • willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance duties
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
  • maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen and condiments
  • serves guests beverages, breads, and butter and replenishes as necessary
  • assists servers with food and beverage service
  • transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
  • performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
  • folds napkins to maintain an adequate supply
  • performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
  • performs other duties as assigned such as cleaning spills, handling guest requests, greeting and seating guests
