Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or bussing experience an advantage
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
- excellent physical stamina
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
- wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
- maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments and other necessary items
- adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests
- assist team members to deliver outstanding customer service
