Job Duties
- Possess and live Europa Village core values
- Greet guests with a smile and eye contact and introduce oneself
- Polish silverware and glassware
- Remove plates, dishes, silverware and condiments as guests finish, keeping table free of empty and unneeded items
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the restaurant
- Pour waters and refill beverages as needed
- Assist with keeping tabs on both guests and the kitchen in order to communicate delays
- Assist servers in carrying out trays of food and serving meals to guests
- Promptly clear and reset tables as guests leave
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
