Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment helpful but not required
- ability to maintain physical stamina throughout shift
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
- wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
- maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items
- adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
- assist team members with service and operational tasks as needed
- communicate effectively with waitstaff and guests to support smooth service flow
- contribute to maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
