Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • bus and reset tables
  • report to work well-groomed in clean and proper uniform
  • set dining tables with dishes silverware glassware and condiments prior to meal service
  • remove soiled dishes silverware linens and glassware from dining tables by placing on serving tray
  • wipe tables chairs and walls with sanitizer
  • clear crumbs onto serving tray and wipe tables clean
  • vacuum floor under and around dining tables
  • assist crew members
  • maintain cleanliness of stations and work areas
  • perform side work during shift downtime including rolling silverware restocking condiments cleaning work areas bathrooms
  • refill ice bins in service station and bar
  • deliver clean dishes to cooks or expo line
  • keep managers informed of problems and propose solutions
  • sweep mop or vacuum floors throughout the restaurant
  • empty trash containers at expo service station and behind bar
  • clean spills or accidents in a timely manner
  • perform cleaning or maintenance tasks such as light bulbs blinds drains and bathrooms
