Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months or more of bartending experience
- Oregon Food Handlers Permit
- OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for entire shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of bartending experience
- previous food service and customer service experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Oregon Food Handlers Permit
- OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
- ServSafe certification preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
- comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout shifts
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
- mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas
- perform opening/closing duties and manage cash handling
- support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- adapt to various roles including bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as needed
