Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
Ability to work flexible or set schedules
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle cash and perform transactions accurately
Willingness to participate in the fully paid accelerated training program
Compliance with food and beverage service regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
Passion for beverage quality and guest service
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations is advantageous

Job Duties

Prepare beverages for guests
Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age
Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
Assess guests' needs and preferences to make recommendations
Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and lounge area
Comply with all food and beverage preparation and service regulations
Demonstrate accuracy in transactions and cash-handling skills
Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
