Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of liquor types drink recipes and bar equipment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and pricing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all different kinds of liquor recipes prices proper glassware and garnishes
- Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including discounting MICROS system bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and handle all monetary intake
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
