Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Minimum two to three years related experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence
- Must possess or obtain an active employee permit from the State of Indiana's Alcohol and Tobacco Commission
- Must complete an approved server training program
- Must hold a Level 4 Gaming License
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to work in a noisy and smoky casino environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Minimum of two to three years related experience desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Must possess or be able to obtain an active employee permit issued by the State of Indiana’s Alcohol and Tobacco Commission
- Must complete an ATC approved server training program
- Must hold a Level 4 Gaming License
Job Duties
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- Mixes and serves beverages promptly and efficiently to Beverage and Food Servers
- Receives, issues, and keeps records of liquor store and supplies
- Maintains a neat and clean bar station continuously
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly
- Ensures no drinks are served unless entered into POS system
- Requests identification from guests when legal age is in question
