Job Requirements
- Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Must understand drink mixology and recipes
- Must enjoy hosting others
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment
- Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by supervisor or manager
- Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission
- Must be able to work as a team and have a guest-first attitude
- Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment
- Must be able to work at a very fast pace
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to guests and co-workers
- Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- Ensure interactions with guests follow the ACES Service Program guidelines
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed according to policy and TIPS training
- Promote gaming events and promotions
- Process cash and credit card transactions maintaining financial integrity
- Prepare and pour drinks with proper measured portions and ingredients according to recipes
- Slice fruit as required
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and stocked workstation or section
- Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations
- Work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Make drinks for servers when rang in
- Serve, clear, and expedite food
- Perform side-work as directed
- Work special events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
