Job Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and carry 20-40 lbs
Ability to bend, kneel, and maneuver in narrow areas
Ability to continuously stand during shifts
Ability to read and speak English
Ability to solicit/accept tips only where tipping is allowed
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to wear appropriate uniforms for banquet events

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of alcohol safety laws and responsible serving practices
Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible serving guidelines
Know all garnishes and tools needed for a complete bar setup
Keep service stations neat and clean and follow service/sanitation guidelines
Greet and serve guests with excellent customer service using appropriate language
Be attentive to guests' needs at all times and never seem rushed or hurried
Know liquors/beverages for each function served and be prepared to offer alternatives
Ability to read and speak English
