Job Requirements
- minimum 18 years of age or as required by local law
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical condition to handle bar duties
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- completion of mandatory training and certification for alcohol service
- adherence to health and safety regulations
- successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check
Job Qualifications
- prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- possess food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
- demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising specials
- exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills
- be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- have working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- craft and serve a variety of drinks to guests
- provide exceptional customer service and a memorable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- check identification to verify legal drinking age
- recommend drink selections based on guest preferences
- manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
