Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-service bartending experience
- Valid OLCC permit
- Valid food handler permit
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy items up to 150 lbs during long shifts
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekdays, nights, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of full-service bartending experience
- Valid OLCC and food handler permits
- Solid grasp of bar operations, bartending best practices, and inventory systems
- Familiarity with standard bar equipment such as carts, hand trucks, wine openers, blenders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented work ethic
- Fresh, upbeat presence and a genuine passion for delivering great service
- Availability for shifts on weekdays, nights, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar operations at 1891 Bar, Sports Pub, and Sunset Bistro ensuring departmental service standards are met
- Partner with Bar Supervisor to create and refine beverage programs and seasonal cocktail menus
- Support training efforts and foster a culture of performance and accountability
- Ensure bar equipment is properly maintained and report any technical or safety issues promptly
- Keep all bars, storage rooms, and coolers clean, orderly, and fully stocked
- Submit supply requisitions, receive and store deliveries, assist with monthly inventory across all outlets
- Support pour cost management through proper pouring techniques and adherence to standards
- Help facilitate beer, wine, and spirits training for restaurant staff as needed
- Assist Banquet and Catering teams during major Club events and holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned
