Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- proficiency with Toast POS or similar systems
- strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (4-5 hours per shift)
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- guest-focused, team-oriented, and professional attitude
- understanding of responsible alcohol service and food safety practices

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service
- demonstrate expertise in cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits and provide recommendations
- craft drinks efficiently and consistently, entering orders in POS with precision
- work closely with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to deliver timely food and beverage service
- engage guests at the bar, monitor needs proactively, and handle requests or concerns
- maintain a polished and orderly bar area including glassware, tools, garnishes, and stock
- follow Q39 closing procedures, process payments accurately, thank guests sincerely, and complete end-of-shift duties
