Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- No license or certification required
Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to recipes
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and tables
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
- Secure liquors, beers, and storage areas and complete closing duties
