Job Duties

  • Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
  • requisitions and stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments and produce
  • maintains stock, cuts and stores fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
  • greets guests courteously and takes drink orders
  • mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard recipes and portion control
  • follows all state, federal and corporate alcohol service regulations
  • inputs orders and manages guest checks accurately
  • handles cash transactions and secures deposits
  • locks up and stores beverage and food supplies
  • complies with attendance rules
  • performs other job-related duties as assigned
