Job Requirements
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- must be a self-starter with an even disposition
- must maintain a professional appearance and manner
- must communicate well with guests
- must be willing to help co-workers and be a team player
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and alcoholic beverage service
- basic math skills
- sufficient manual dexterity to prepare garnishes, mix drinks, operate cash register
- ability to remember menu items and operate point of sale systems
- ability to stand for long periods in confined spaces
- ability to maintain effective working relationships
- alcohol training
- 1-2 years experience

Job Duties
- Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
- requisitions and stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments and produce
- maintains stock, cuts and stores fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
- greets guests courteously and takes drink orders
- mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- follows all state, federal and corporate alcohol service regulations
- inputs orders and manages guest checks accurately
- handles cash transactions and secures deposits
- locks up and stores beverage and food supplies
- complies with attendance rules
- performs other job-related duties as assigned
