Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit
- Bartending school or relevant job experience preferred

- Knowledge and skill using Point of Sales System
- Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and safety regulations as required
- Skilled in effectively communicating and demonstrating ability to work well with guests and co-workers
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to exhibit good character, self-motivated and hard-working
- Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits
- Ability to demonstrate quick and efficient processes
- Ability to identify and handle intoxicated guests in accordance with established policy and procedure
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Exemplifies MCR's values and sets a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism
- Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods
- Give breaks to bartender or beverage servers
- Wash and stock glassware and utensils
- Clean bar area in a safe and sanitary manner
- Mix drinks as needed
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment
- Promote positive team member relations and report issues to appropriate personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned
