Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- certification or willingness to obtain certification in food safety
- ability to perform physical activities like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- willingness to adhere to uniform and PPE protocols
- excellent communication skills
- basic math proficiency
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to bake a variety of goods
- arrange work surface with essential supplies and ingredients
- organize components by measuring, weighing, combining, chopping, and other preparation steps
- work with baking gadgets like ovens, stovetops, and mixers
- practice safe handling of utensils while cooking and preparing meals
- adhere to guidelines for safe storage of food products
- clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils to promote hygiene
- prioritize exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude when dealing with guests and coworkers
- follow safety protocols focusing on food safety and sanitation
- uphold safety by complying with established security guidelines
