Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant dining or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment

- Minimum 1 year of dining or customer service experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced or upscale environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, physically active environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Swiftly clear, clean, and reset tables using spotless serviceware to maintain an immaculate dining area
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations, ensuring silverware, linens, condiments, and supplies are readily available
- Greet guests with courtesy and assist in serving beverages, bread, butter, and other table accompaniments
- Transport dirty tableware and glassware to the dishwashing area following proper sanitation procedures
- Support servers and fellow team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and elevated service throughout all meal periods
- Assist with maintaining overall dining room cleanliness, layout, and readiness for service
