Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • good physical stamina for carrying trays and standing for extended periods
  • willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience preferred
  • positive and upbeat attitude
  • ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • passion for delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
  • promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware
  • maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
  • greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
  • transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
