Job Requirements

  • hs diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years shift supervisor or one year assistant manager experience
  • flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
  • demonstrated leadership abilities
  • knowledge of cost of goods sales
  • strong problem solving and decision making abilities

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years shift supervisor or one year assistant manager experience preferred in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • working knowledge of cost of goods sales
  • excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • results oriented and customer focused
