Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years shift supervisor or one year assistant manager experience preferably in high volume QSR and/or fast casual concepts
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sold
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Results oriented and customer focused
