Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years shift supervisor or one year assistant manager experience preferably in high volume QSR and/or fast casual concepts
  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of cost of goods sold
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Results oriented and customer focused
