Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership abilities
- Experience managing a high-volume business
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or similar $1MM+ business
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
- Strong understanding of business operations including sales, marketing and human resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and high standards
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Desire to grow into a General Manager role
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high performance team of associates
- Lead by example and treat all people with dignity and respect
- Leverage company policies, systems and processes to execute operations flawlessly
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
- Support the General Manager and work collaboratively with the team to ensure restaurant success
- Maintain high standards of integrity and brand representation
- Drive the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement
