Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced food service or similar environment preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Deliver guest service with a friendly, approachable, and courteous demeanor
- Actively seek opportunities to assist guests and team members
- Respond sincerely and knowledgeably to guest and team member inquiries and needs
- Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, and develop restaurant team members
- Monitor and coach team performance to ensure service standards are met or exceeded
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on business volume
- Understand and implement departmental objectives, standards, guidelines, and budgets
- Adjust daily operations and schedules according to business needs
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Conduct periodic quality checks on food, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations and company policies
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Increase restaurant revenue through menu optimization, portion control, presentation, and waste reduction
- Assist in developing and implementing departmental plans, including budgets, labor schedules, and accountability systems
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and working conditions to ensure operational integrity
- Promote courteous treatment of guests and team members, including resolving complaints and answering questions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
