Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of Il Falo Wood Fire Kitchen, including food and beverage service, staff management, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant team members to achieve service excellence and operational goals
  • Monitor and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with brand and regulatory requirements
  • Support scheduling, payroll, and labor management to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on budgeting, inventory management, and cost control initiatives
  • Drive guest satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and creating memorable experiences
  • Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to maximize restaurant revenue
