Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of Il Falo Wood Fire Kitchen, including food and beverage service, staff management, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant team members to achieve service excellence and operational goals
- Monitor and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with brand and regulatory requirements
- Support scheduling, payroll, and labor management to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on budgeting, inventory management, and cost control initiatives
- Drive guest satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and creating memorable experiences
- Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to maximize restaurant revenue
