Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in full service, upscale restaurant or relevant retail environment
- Valid food handler's card if required by local or state regulations
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Basic accounting and budgeting knowledge
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of store operations
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to maintain high customer service standards
- Support store success by ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company procedures
- Monitor productivity levels and cost control to meet business objectives
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and professional growth
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers to resolve issues and provide guidance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local food handling requirements where applicable
