Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in full service, upscale restaurant or relevant retail environment
  • Valid food handler's card if required by local or state regulations
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Basic accounting and budgeting knowledge
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of store operations
  • Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to maintain high customer service standards
  • Support store success by ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company procedures
  • Monitor productivity levels and cost control to meet business objectives
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and professional growth
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers to resolve issues and provide guidance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local food handling requirements where applicable
