Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- proven leadership capabilities
- experience working in both FOH and BOH
- familiarity with scratch kitchen operations
- ability to analyze restaurant performance data
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing high volume of $2.5-$3 million or more
- strong leadership qualities
- ability to direct and grow a team
- experience in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- scratch kitchen or full-service restaurant experience
- skills in analyzing restaurant performance including line checks, audits, and profit and loss management
